Custom & Personalized Products (No Returns or Refunds)
Due to the nature of our business, all customized or personalized items are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Products made to order
- Items customized with names, dates, text, images, or special design requests
- Any product produced specifically according to customer instructions
Once production has started, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items.
Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly help.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item compared to your order confirmation
What to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Proof Approval & Customer Errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details (including spelling, dates, sizes, and design choices).
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors that result from:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Approved design proofs with mistakes
- Change of mind after order submission
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- If you contact us shortly after placing an order and production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier
